Laura Quick, Anglo Editing’s founder and principal editor is a native English speaker who grew up in Stratford-upon-Avon, England. Laura was seconded to the Netherlands by her employer in 1997 and has lived in Amsterdam for thirteen years. Since moving to the Netherlands Laura has carried out numerous commercial editing and proofreading assignments correcting and improving the written English of non-native English speakers. Laura has also worked for several international companies in the fields of human resources and finance (corporate banking). 
Due to the demand for editing work and the personal satisfaction gained from helping clients to express themselves in the most effective manner possible Laura established Anglo Editing to offer English editing and proofreading on a full-time basis.
